Did you know that May is National Physical Fitness and Sports month?
Use this opportunity to get off the couch and get in shape. We have plenty of great exercise books here at the library that give step by step instructions for various workout routines.
We also have several Fitness DVDs including some yoga workouts, a cardio dance workout, and four Zumba DVDs.
You don't need a gym membership to get fit this month, only your library card!
