Sparkling Art Projects

On Thursday, school let out early in Solon, so some of the 1st and 2nd graders came to the library and made sparkling art projects. Everybody could either color a picture or draw their own onto card stock. Then we painted over the pictures with a mixture of Epsom salt, water, and glitter. They finished off the project by decorating a frame for their picture. We all had a great time and everybody's pictures turned out very beautiful and extra glittery!
